How much does it cost to sign up for PicNic Pay?
Registration for PicNic Pay is free.
How does it work?
We handle payment collection for you, for both delivery and takeaway orders. Payments are guaranteed before you prepare the order (no unfulfilled orders).
Is the payment process fast?
Payment and order entry take less than 30 seconds. The client has 30 minutes to complete the payment; otherwise, the order is automatically canceled.
How are payments made?
Payments are processed through Sumup, a FINMA-approved company, via a payment link sent to your customer’s phone.
Am I protected against unfulfilled orders?
Yes, you only prepare orders after payment confirmation. The client has 30 minutes to pay, after which the order is automatically canceled.
How much does it cost?
PicNic Pay charges a 10% commission on the order amount (including delivery fees)
Can I track my orders?
PicNic Pay provides real-time status updates on your orders, payments, and deliveries.
How can I know the amounts collected?
Your statement is available at any time on PicNic Pay.
How am I paid?
The order amount is automatically sent to you on the 25th of the month, after deducting our commission and delivery fees.
